FEARS

My eyes lit up at the idea of listing some of my fears for today’s edition. What if, instead of fear, we choose to have faith and confidence in ourselves regardless of anything?

If you are my friend either directly or indirectly, I bet one of your fears is on the list – enjoy the ride.

FEAR OF FAILURE

FEAR OF LOSING A LOVED ONE

FEAR OF NOT BALANCING YOUR WORK AND FAMILY

FEAR OF BEING SINGLE

FEAR OF MENOPAUSE

FEAR OF AGEING

FEAR OF FAILING YOUR CHILDREN

FEAR OF BECOMING UNATTRACTIVE

FEAR OF LACK

FEAR OF GAINING WEIGHT

FEAR OF NOT REACHING CLIMAX

FEAR OF NOT ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

FEAR OF LOSING YOUR HUSBAND TO A YOUNGER WOMAN

FEAR OF LOSING YOUR JOB

FEAR OF NOT BEING SEXUALLY ATTRACTED TO YOUR PARTNER

FEAR OF ENDING YOUR RELATIONSHIP

FEAR OF BEGINNING A NEW RELATIONSHIP

FEAR OF SAYING NO

FEAR OF ILLNESS

FEAR OF ANYTHING

As a woman, what if we get into that place of assurance or absolute trust that – WE CAN HANDLE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUR WAY? Knowing I can take on anything makes me feel confident. Am I expecting the worst? Absolutely not! But I know I have the capacity to handle anything that comes my way.

This mindset takes me from helplessness to hopefulness; from anxiety to calm confidence. It makes me feel good and helps me maintain a positive vibe. Whether your fear made my list or not, it is still fear of something, anything.

Faith to me is when a woman carries a life inside of her without a doubt that she will give birth to a child, one of her kind, hale, hearty and healthy. A woman’s faith can overcome any fear and handle anything that comes its way. Brace yourself, know that as long as you keep growing and adding value to yourself, your fears and anxieties will never go away, because with new heights comes new fears.

I welcome you on board this growth journey.

Don’t you forget that you have a voice and you are a growing woman!
